Do I dazzle You? Icon
"I'd rather be invisible in everyone's eyes except yours..."

Why is it whenever everything's settled and ready, and THAT'S when you get all messed up and moody? Can't you see that there are people who care for you and waiting for you to just finally let it out? Geez, be considerate just this once! Should I just cut you off from my life? I can't take all your madness anymore. Maybe SOME people just need a break from you, y'know?

If you think you can't handle the rude awakening, the fine. Don't be an idiot, affecting everyone with your stupid pride. We were worried...I AM worried. Can't you see that? Just this once, can't you consider how we feel? How I feel?

Maybe I should just let you go. Maybe I shouldn't even have bothered. If it takes a million years for you to realize what's bothering me, then I'll move one. I shouldn't be the one waiting under the rain. I shouldn't even worry about you. I should leave you alone.

...abd maybe I should just cut you off from my life.

A great day to slack off

  • Mar. 17th, 2009 at 9:24 PM
Dear Diary...
Gawd, is it boring or what? Yeah, I know it's summer and I should really be in the beach enjoying the sun while kick sand on sun-bathers' sback accidentally-on-purpose. Instead, I'm stuck in my house because tomorrow's another day for LSC. *scary background music plays*

I mean, there it isn't THAT bad. I mean, I could cut classes....or just snore away during class (which I've been doing for the passed few sessions) but the thing is, I can't afford NOT to listen because this is something for COLLEGE. Gawd, how I hate it when I mention that word. It's freakin' frustrating that I'll be graduating next year AND THEN, go to college.

Well, anyway. Right now, I'm just slacking off since I think there's nothing to be done or anything. It's around 5:30pm here in Philippines and I'm not planning to leave this chair for another 4 hours or something (I'll probably even eat my dinner here) because that's my definition of the words "SLACKING OFF". So yeah, maybe I'll bore myself to death.....or maybe I can watch The Simpsons or something. Anything goes.

That's about it for today.  Do leave comments on how you slack off. I think your comments would be a great idea for me someday! (Say, like, "make orange juice on the toilet bowl" or something. Well, THAT'S something I can do.)

It's finally ALIVEjournal

  • Mar. 17th, 2009 at 1:46 AM
OHNOZ!!
Finally! Got rid of some stuff and got some new stuff as well! Actually, my livejournal's still under construction so please bear with me when I always change some stuff in here! It's a little bit stuffy and messy (still) but at least it's a bit cleaner. There are some unfinished MEMORIES left unwritten but I guess I'll have to let that go for now.

Plus, guess what? I'll be graduating next year! Of course that also means I need to think of a course and FAST! *sighs and grumbles* I guess I still need to worry about that. Putting that aside *pushes away her imaginary box of problems*, I also am pretty much bored these days. It's SUMMER so I should be celebrating. But instead, I'm stuck in classrooms, studying for the college entrance exams. *grumbles again*

Summer is just too hot these days! It's like they put the Philippines into the oven...friggin' tropical whether.

Uhmmm... *digs into her imaginary box of random thoughts*
*Suddenly sits upwith paper on hand*

I don't have any random thoughts anymore, but I do have some list to do with this friggin' ol' blog. I need to fix up my profile, for starters. I also need to delete some memories (which I already did so I guess that's a check *ckecks list*); plus, I also need to think of a new theme....*thinks hard* Any suggestions? :)

okay, so HAPPY NEW YEAR,EVERYONE! It's really weird that I haven't finished my Christmas theme by New Year. I mean really weird. Anyway, so we had 9 kind of fireworks today and it's a beautiful night right now. It's a bit weird that even though we have fireworks, we kept admiring other people's. I guess that's what inspired me on my next story.

There was a scene that struck me the most tonight. It was when my little cousins were jumping around, clapping, and admiring the fireworks. Simple joy, I suppose. Plus, the parents of those kids were standing with smiles on their faces as the children laughed and played with each other.

Okay, I suppose you think I'm crazy for making this an inspiration but it just struck me!

Inspiration comes in with the heart not with mind...
Remember that!

Plus, I think it's gonna be a good year especially on summer because I'll be entering the UST Conservatory of Music to study more on violin and piano. Maybe I could use a little more effort, agree?

Okay, so 1 hour of driving to our province, Pampanga to light up some fireworks and celebrate another fantastic-not-so-pressuring year ahead! I don't know...whenever I think of 2008, I think of candies and lots of treats......and then I think of clowns. -shivers-

Anyway, when we got there, of course, we greeted our cousins and other people a happy new year. Later, some of my cousin's daughters and sons came and they were AH-DORABLE as usual. Babies always get my attention. They grew up so fast. -sniffles-

Oh yeah, I'm kinda shock to see the calendar...FEW MORE DAYS AND IT'S OFF TO SCHOOL AGAIN. I haven't even started on my Christmas-break homework. Yeah, we have bunch of stuff to do during Christmas breaks. -does a loser sign- On the bright side of my world, I finally caught up with stuff on the 'net'. I also was able to update in ff-dot-net and here in LJ. So glad to receive some welcome-treats from people.

Although some of the e-mails were spam. -lame- Anyway, I was hoping for a really good plot to post up here in LJ as a welcome-2008 entry. I'm trying to see whether I could squeeze in some time in my schedule to type a KaitoxAoko story and maybe let the people go "aawwww...". -snuffles-

Okay, so suddenly, my email had 70 waiting mails... about 40% were requested stories. I don't know why but ever since I posted my latest story, mails flowed in. I couldn't believe it and right now, I'm in major shock. -eyes wide open-

Anyway, putting that aside -pushes stacks of requests-, I'm also happy for a friend who had a job offer to 'the-really-hard-to-pronounce-name-of-a-city-in-Europe-i'm-not-quite-sure' -clapclap-. She's a talented musician and I couldn't be happier. I told her that maybe if she gets famous and all, she should send me a picture of one of the orchestras there and to top it all off, all of the autograph of the members.

I also got some emails about how my writing was improving. I have friends from Canada and they kept in touch by reading my stories in ff-dot-net (and they haven't sent me one review...grrr~!). They said that compared to the first story I wrote (which I deleted because it sucked), I've been improving and I'm glad to hear that.

Also, I'm excited to spend yet another weekend in my province and light up some firecrackers 'cause 2008 will be coming our way soon. That's good news but the 'really-tragic-and-weird' news is, it's nearly end of 2007 and I haven't finish my 12 Days of Christmas! ....and it's nearly New Year. Ack!

Oh well, since I started late, I should end late. Who cares? -i do!-

Okay,so I,together with my sister and this guy, went to Trinoma to buy this certain book. But too bad,we had to walk far to get across to "The Block" because it turned out, that the book I was going to buy....was at "The Block": Fully Booked.

Okay, the book was entitled, "Conductor" which I was really hoping to get a hold of. But it was expensive and my sister made me feel guilty of purchasing the book with such high price yet,it would "surely not help me in the future" (according to my senses) so I had to return it to the book-shelf. -sob-

On the bright side of life -the heaven opens-, I purchased a book entitled, "Murder on the Railway" which featured popular mystery writers such as Sir Conan Arthur Doyle or Agatha Christie. Of course, who would forget the world-knowned detective Sherlock Holmes? Yes,he's featured there too. It was a book with the compilation of mystery/muders that was written about railways. All mysteries and cases in this book happened in the railway...written by the famous writers of all time.

Anyway, the day ended up not-really-sort-of-positively bad. Well,I kinda went crazy over coffee again but it was a good thing that I was still "myself".That night,my family went to some Japanese Restaurant. It kinda celebrated the safety of a cousin who just arrived Philippines last week. He works at China (but once,he worked in Singapore). You should meet him. He's really something and his work is ultra cool. Did I mention he met a lot of celebrities and met Rain (the Korean guy which I don't really like)? Well, he did and has VIPs in some parties and stuff. How cool is his job?!

Oh yeah,I also realized that some guys can be the worst money-spenders. Well, go figure!

Yeah,another post-Christmas-theme-posting! So today's............
MERRY CHRISTMAS, EVERYONE!!!

My inbox was filled with five different kinds of Greetings: quotes, jokes, personal messages, group messages and X'mas messages with love from relatives.

Man,Christmas is something to treasure, the day of the birth of Christ. It's holy plus, freezing. Up here in Tagaytay, yeah, it's freezing alright. I had to wear double sweatshirt. Anyway, today is also the day we leave Tagaytay. -waves goodbye to the cat-food-smelling place-

Well,on our way home,we stopped by KFC for our lunch and also went to STARBUCKS! Yey,for super-crazy-fun-loving-and-hyper kid!!! But as soon as we were in the car,me and my brother slept all the way to Manila. That's another funny thing: we drink coffee to make us sleepy. Right.....-half-moon eyes-

Anyway, nothing special happened on this special day.

Okay,so I'm late in updating but who friggin cares? Today is the day before Christmas and of course Christmas Eve is a special event to go to.......yes,STARBUCKS.

One thing to know about me: NEVER let me drink coffee. I get really "makulit" and get really hyper and stuff. So a Java Chip for me,please. That's my second favorite drink at Starbucks. (my most fave would be Caramel drink but I don't know if anybody cares)

Today, we also went to "Palace in the Sky". For people who don't know, "Palace in the Sky" is in Tagaytay,Philippines. It was supposedly to be made into a rest-house by President Marcos but since there was EDSA revolution, the construction was not completed. Although it did became a tourist spot but not that lovely. It's old and had water dripping anywhere. Plus, it smells like cat-food. Not a very good site,eh?

Although I had fun in that  cat-food-smelling place. It reminds me of our province in Pampanga...which smells a lot like dog-poop. Ironic, isn't it? a cat-food-smelling place is being compared in a dog-poop-smelling place....the next thing you know, I'll be adding a comparison of old-man-spit-smelling place.Ewww....not that I've already smell a spit. -shiver-

Anyway, I'm ending this post-Merry-Christmas treat. Bye-bye!!

Okay, guess where I am right now...? -eager face- Yes! I'm at Tagaytay, typing an entry! Hoorah for quick internet on laptop! -confetti here and there- Yeah,it's not really quick, the internet,I mean. It's slow but I'LL just have to get over with the fact we're in a mountain with few Starbucks. -crowd goes awww-

It's cold right now and me and my family are having dinner so imagine me typing while they enjoy baskets of french bread with those fancy sauces and stuff. Anyway, Christmas Day is in two days so I have to prepare for Midnight Mass (Simbang Gabi).

It was 3-hour travel in coming here and took a few potty-stops on the way. Yes,POTTY-STOPS. whatever. I guess everyone's enjoying their Christmas and I am too. I'm glad I actually had the chance to update at least once here and go online to check some e-mails. -thanks the guy who invented internet-

Anyway,I gotta go now. We're going to have out main dish for this evening! Merry Christmas, everyone!

Man, today was kinda tiring. I had my usual Violin lessons a while ago up to 12 pm. After that, the rest of the afternoon was spent in front of the computer.....uploading those pictures and videos in my section's blog because I promised them I would update as soon as possible. Besides, My family and I will be going on vacation tomorrow in Tagaytay. So I thought maybe I could catch some things up while I had the time.... -smashes her wall-clock-

This day might be the busiest day in my Christmas vacation....not to mention all the homework I haven't done.

-drowns in the 136 piles of homework...but who's counting?-

I also have to take pictures for my Science Photo Project. Pictures of living things and such. I know it's easy but the hard part was where and what to take picture of. Whatever. I'll leave the rest to my fate. Well, probably I won't be updating for three whole days since I'm not quite sure if there will be available Wi-Fi for our laptop in Tagaytay.

Although I'll be typing my story there. I'm sure there would be some inspiration around that island. -boom goes her brain-
...or maybe not. I still need to catch up in fanfiction.net and I wouldn't blame my readers if they won't read my chapters. It's my fault for not updating...-mumbles-

Maybe it's because ever since I got into my sophomore year, I didn't have the slightest free-time to work on my stories. I blame the teachers for giving homework. -angrily eyes the 136 homework- Besides, I know some of the readers would still appreciate how I would do my next chapter but I'm not sure if they would review. Ahwell. -shoots herself-

Okay,my first entry for my CHRISTMAS THEME!!! woohoo!! Now,just a reminder that it's better if you try to sing it just like the tune in "12 Days of Christmas". So,let's get things rolling!! -drum rolls literally-

TODAY was our Christmas part-ay and that means only one thing: LAST DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS VACATION!!!
-throws confetti and blows those party horns-
It was fun! Absolutely FUN!! Our section (well,in my opinion) was the happiest class a while ago! Other sections had those usual games and stuff but guess what we did...? We watched a movie entitled, "I'm Not Stupid 2". OMG,absolutely funneh!

But there was one part that's really sad but even though I wanted to cry,I couldn't because I was too excited. Plus, we had Yellow Cab,Ping-Ping Lechon (thanks,Erickson, for that!), cake (thanks,Micah),California Maki (Jashmyn!!!), and some other drinks. Ice cream was served and let's not forget the COTTON CANDY (thanks,Iris).

Okay,NO CLASS COULD BEAT OUR CLASS WHEN IT COMES TO ENJOYING!! We were so happy and having a good time!

BUT after Christmas Party, we went to "The Block" to celebrate Iris' b-day (Dec 27)! It was fun while it lasted...well,not quite. It was a bit frustrating because we were so tired since we went on into separate ways after eating. Half of us went to Trinoma and some were left in "The Block". In the end, we were all tired of chasing each other.

But all in all,it was fun. We might have lost in the Chorale Contest but we're still winners for me because we celebrated like we've beaten the star section! (NOT GONNA HAPPEN!!) ohwell.it's not really bad to have impossible dreams

NEW ENTRY-THEME: 12 Days of Christmas

  • Dec. 16th, 2007 at 7:21 PM
Primary Picture
Alright! It's THE season of the year and yes,I finally had my crappy eyes focused onto the computer screen. The passed few weeks had been really grumpy and crappy. Of course, we didn't win our annual Chorale Contest though as their conductor, I was really happy that my class did a really good job...though I know it wasn't their best but I'm still happy.

"My 12 Days of Christmas" is somewhat, kind of, like my "12 Days of Classes". Now, this "12 Days of Christmas" of mine has the same tune as the song "12 Days of Christmas" (why do I feel as if I keep repeating the "12 Days of Christmas"?! See? I said it again!).

I'll be starting on the 21st of December...that's the last day of school before Xmas Vacation. I did it on purpose to start late so that when I reach the part "...on the fifth day of Christmas....", it would be exactly December 25, which is, as you all know, CHRISTMAS DAY!!!
-confetti here and there and everywhere-

So, I hope this entry-theme would make my journal happy and lively again...well,as it used to be. Anyway, it's really exciting for me to start another entry-theme. I'll really try my best to do this right and finish the 12 days!!

I would probably say if we have a show and tell in class:

Hi, I'm Shari and this is my pet turtle. Her name is Cleffy.. I name her after the g-clef. He's really friendly and is as big as Barbie's toy car. He doesn't make any sounds. For the others who still can't get it, my pet turtle is my stuffed animal. The end. -bows-

-o-o-
Insane, much? Yes, I am.

Ohwell. At least my insanity isn't an idiotic sickness. Today was really tiring, stupid, exciting, boring.... any word that has an -ing as an adjective. I had to visit my family dentist to have my teeth scrubbed. Really! Why do I bother? I always brush my teeth at night and morning! What's the deal?

You know those sharp hook thingies that dentists use in your teeth to clean it? That was the most irritating part! It's so pointing that my gums hurt after the cleaning. Whatever... I wish dentists could just change their tools into lollipops.

-stares blankly into space with those swirly things you see on the eyes of animated cartoons-

Okay, so I was busy typing story when suddenly, Miss Nacin called up. She wanted to know the score of one of my groupmate and she wanted me to drop by the school. So here's the thing: it's my first time to have a really superb deduction.

It was like this:

I was in school and went straight up to the Teachers' Room in the fourth floor because that's where my teacher stays. But when I asked Mrs. Gallardo, on of the teachers, she said that Ms. Nacin was in the Laboratory. So I went there only to find our Robotics team having a meeting. Hope lost, I spotted Ms. Tan and ran after her. She said she didn't know where Ms. Nacin was and that she was also looking for her. I followed her towards the teachers' room. I was to start from step one (which was to ask again).

I was outside H.S. 2-6's classroom when an idea struck me literally. -gets shot- I remembered that one of my classmates mentioned last week that the phone of Teachers' Room didn't have outside connection. But as I remembered, Ms. Nacin definitely called me in my house, which was outside the school.

I thought harder. Her voice was a bit sift, more like a whisper, indicating that she was somewhere in the school where she could not talk loud. The library? No, the library didn't have any phone and besides, before I reached the 4th floor earlier, I saw the lights were turned off in the library.

I thought again. The teachers' room didn't have any outside connection. The phone with outside connection will have to be in the pay phone in the school lobby or the principal's office. But then, I remembered that last year, when classes were suspended during rain, I used a phone that has outside connection and it's not a pay phone for I didn't pay.

Main Office.

I went straight downstairs and burst into the main office. There were teachers everywhere. You should have seen my face. I was utterly shocked. Anyway, I found her just a few meters from the door, still talking on the phone with a student. Unfortunately, I went therefor nothing because the grade of my groupmate was not with me. But still...THAT WAS SOME ADVENTURE AND DEDUCTION, huh?

wow. Because I was addicted to Sherlock Holmes and Agatha Christie (two greatest detectives) and because I was addicted to detective anime, I couldn't help but to think, "wow, my life revovles around detectives, huh?"

So, I guess this is it for today. Tune in for more adventures of Aika-chaaaan!! -victory pose-

By the way, starting Thursday all the way to Sunday, I won't be able to update because I would be home. But I will still complete the 7 days of Unfortunate events....well, eventually, that is.

One word for this day: Oh-Em-Gee. Tiring and I'm pretty much close to breaking down and cry like I lost my cellphone. I have a Science Investigatory Project Proposal that I haven't able to do because I don't have the slightest idea where in this world I can get a Biology-related project. It must have a purpose and a benefit.  -dies-

Ah. This day, I suppose would be one of the unfortunate days of my life! I was also busy with a new story I'm planning to post up in fanfiction.net. Plus, I'm almost done with half of my homework if it wasn't for that friggin' proposal. ohwell.

I also had to strangle myself to sleep because I badly needed it but my eyes kept shouting, "no,you idiotic boob! You still have a Science Proposal to finish!" In the end, I was able to slap myself to sleep but only lasted for 30 minutes (more like 3 seconds to me) and my eyes suddenly opened because someone buzzed me in my Yahoo Messenger.

Nothing really happened today except my stupid Science Proposal. Oh my,I mentioned proposal for at least 4 times already. Not that I'm counting.

But I was able to read some fics from fanfiction.net today, thank God! I missed my friends' stories. It's been a long time since I chatted with them!

I also was able to practice __________ for the Choral Contest and I suck at it already! It's been 3 days since I've practiced and I already forgot everything! I'm disappointed and I even promised myself to do my best this grading because my grades suck in 2nd grading. ohwell. I just finished doing my Social Studies assignment and I guess I need to sleep now.

I guess this is goodbye for now and will be updating tomorrow! Tah~Tah!

Okay, let's celebrate!!!

-throws confetti, burns books and drinks chocolate milk directly out of the milk box-

Okay, gross, much? Anyway, mid-semester break,FINALLY! I thought it will never come! Consider the fact that I haven't gain much sleep ever since the start of the Second Grading Exams. Ugh. Talk about self-misery!

So, what to do this one-week vacation? (or should I say, VA-CA-SYON-E <made up a word out of boredom during math class)

For starters, this coming 1st of November, I'm going to the province to visit my Grandpapa's grave as well as spend scary night hours, telling ghost stories with my dearly cousins. I still haven't started any homework..I guess I should start by tomorrow -groans and yawns-

I so totally need some "me" time this week. I even bought some books entitled "Hacker" and "Spanking Shakespeare". For a girl who likes the works of William Shakespeare (because I personally thought he was mentally retarded when I was 12), I think "Spanking Shakespeare" is a perfect book to read for the long trip to province.

I know,I know. I shouldn't be reading books in car trips but I don't really get car sick. Trust me. One time, I even tried spinning in a boat when my family had the trip to Shanghai, China. I "ALMOST" barf but I didn't and am proud of that.

"Spanking Shakespeare" is a weird book. I think I shouldn't be reading it because it was words like "sex", "idiot", "loser" and "getting laid" but I don't really understand those kinds of words and phrases so I think reading that wouldn't kill a poor dolphin.

Speaking of losers, I haven't encountered any losers and idiots lately. Which is good because it proves that idiots and losers are still not able to take over the world and I'm not insane yet. well, sort of.

Anyway, I still got some proposal thing to do in Science project so I better log off now. I'll be writing here often this week for my
"7 Days of Unfortunate Events"
That will be my theme this week. So, till then, tah-tah!

Okay, we finally finished this friggin week and a quick update about my dull life: so, I won 2nd place and "Best in Costume" in WALK AROUND THE WORLD contest.Big deal. Plus, I finally proved myself that I can be a better nerd than any nerdy-est nerd in this nerdy world by passing my Science exam.

I also realized that conducting is hard work. trust me. it's HARD work.as in HARD HARD!

Well, I'm still stuck thinking of a plot and a bajillion things to do this long week-break. Instead of enjoying my break, I kinda promised myself to study. Oh great. More nerdinessism. But anyhoohow, I'm still trying to adjust my time with the world since I kept falling asleep during class this week. I'm like a vampire: awake in the evening and sleep by morning. Weird...really.

I'm also thinking of spending my Holloween alone with me,myself and I. don't ask.
